GENERAL TERMS OF SALE ON WWW.TR-HANDSCHUHE.AT

The www.tr-handschuhe.at website is operated by TR HANDSCHUHE KG, located at Landhausgasse 4/3, 1010 Vienna, Austria (herein after referred to as TR HANDSCHUHE or ‘us or ‘we’), and registered at the Commercial Registry of Vienna under registration number FN 397742 S.
By using our website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out herein. Please make sure that you have read and understood these Terms before placing an order on our site or via email.
Please note that only persons of legal age, at least 18 years or older, may purchase products from our website.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice to you. The version of the Terms that will apply to your order will be the one published on www.tr-handschuhe.at at the time you place your order. Before ordering, make sure to read the current version of Terms and Conditions published on www.tr-handschuhe.at.
PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY
Our gloves are manufactured in Hungary, from high quality genuine leather and according to traditional glove making techniques. Our bags are manufactured in Italy from the same high quality genuine leathers. Leather is a natural product and its colour depends on the raw hide, the tanning and the finishing process. Therefore, please take into consideration that slight blemishes or colour differences are normal and can be expected.
PRODUCT IMAGES. We do our best to illustrate the products through photographs. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee though that your computer or mobile device displays colours accurately. Slight colour differences between the product images and the actual product do not constitute a defect.
AVAILABILITY. We offer on our website products with different dispatch dates:
— Stock items, which can be dispatched within 1-3 working days from the moment we have received your order. These products will contain an Add To Cart button when the product or size selected by you is in stock.
— Pre-order items, which will be manufactured after we have received your order and payment. Manufacturing times for pre-order items are estimated and are displayed on the Pre-Order button present on each product page, when the product or size selected by you is not in stock.
PRICES AND TAXES
The product prices published on this website are in Euro and include 20% VAT (Value Added Tax), as the Austrian law requires, and exclude shipping costs. For shipping costs, please read the Shipping section of these Terms.
EU DELIVERY ADDRESSES: All payments for orders with deliveries to EU shipping addresses will be inclusive of 20% VAT for products as well as for shipping costs.
NON-EU DELIVERY ADDRESSES: If you are shopping from a non-EU country, the VAT displayed in our prices and shipping costs will be deducted from your order total during the checkout process. Any orders outside the European Union will be delivered on DDU terms (Delivery Duty Unpaid).
Non-EU customers should be aware that their local Customs Authority may impose customs charges / duties on their imports if the value of the goods is above a certain threshold established by law. If you wish to know what this threshold is in your country, please contact your local Customs Authority. Customs duties / charges are usually levied by courier services or customs before delivery. It is your responsibility to pay these customs duties / charges to facilitate the import of the goods.
ORDERING / CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
The presentation of products on our website does not constitute any offer made by TR Handschuhe KG for a purchase contract with you.
By submitting the order form provided on this website to us, you are placing a binding offer to enter a purchase contract with us.
On receipt of your order, we will send you an email confirming that we have acknowledged your purchase offer and stating the details of your order.
A purchase contract between you and www.tr-handschuhe.at will become effective only after we have accepted your offer and dispatched the goods you have ordered. You will then receive an email from us confirming that your order has been shipped.
If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfill your request/order, we will notify you at the earliest opportunity.
Although we make considerable efforts to keep our website up to date, we may occasionally experience technical issues which may result in incorrect information, such as availability or price. For this reason, we reserve the right to cancel your order, partially or fully, after you have placed it and before it has been dispatched. In such a case, we will inform you by email that we are unable to fulfill your order.
If we have received your payment for an order that we are not able fulfill, we will refund you in full using the same payment method you have initially chosen when placing the order.
All orders will be invoiced in Euro and payments will be made in this currency. All orders placed on our website require 100% payment in advance, therefore you will be charged when you will place your order.
If you are paying with a credit card or with a payment account in another currency, your payment will be converted to Euro. The exchange rate for the conversion depends on your bank / credit card issuing company. If you wish to know the exchange rate conditions, please contact your bank / credit card issuer.
PAYMENT METHODS: Payments on our website can be made with VISA, MasterCard or American Express credit cards or with PayPal.
— Credit card payments are processed through Stripe Inc., an online payment processing service, which ensures the safe transmission of your credit card data during the payment process. For more information, please visit Stripe Inc.'s website at www.stripe.com.
— PayPal payments are made directly on PayPal’s platform, to which you will be redirected when you select PayPal as a payment method. For more information regarding terms and conditions for PayPal payments, please visit the company’s website at www.paypal.com.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Stock Items: We dispatch stock items within 1-3 working days from the placement of your order.
Pre-orders: Pre-ordered items will be manufactured within the time frame shown on each product page at the moment of ordering and will be dispatched when the manufacturing process has been completed.
Products made from leather of animals protected under the Washington Convention for non-EU citizens: If you have ordered a product made from leather coming from a protected species (e.g. crocodile, peccary, lizard etc.), we will require before dispatch an additional 10-15 working days for the release of the CITES export certificate by the Austrian Authorities. The CITES certificate is mandatory for exporting any such goods out of the European Union.
For all online orders, you will receive an email confirmation when the goods have been shipped, together with a tracking number for the parcel.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs depend on the weight of the parcel and the destination. Shipping costs will be added to your order during the checkout process, after you complete your delivery address.

* Please note that shipping duration is estimated by the shipping service and not guaranteed. Therefore, delays may occur at any time due to various reasons like customs clearing, legal holidays, high volume of shipments, service disruptions caused by weather conditions, employees strikes, etc.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
You have the right to cancel or withdraw from a purchase contract or return an order voluntarily to us as detailed below.
If you have placed an order for stock or pre-order items and you wish to cancel it, you may do so before your order has been dispatched. In this case, contact us as soon as possible via email or phone. If the order has been already dispatched, cancelling an order is not possible anymore.
WITHDRAWAL FROM THE PURCHASE CONTRACT
FOR EU CITIZENS ONLY: If the order you wish to cancel has already been dispatched by us and, for any reason, you do not wish to keep the items, you may withdraw from the purchase contract provided that you notify us in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org or by mail within 14 days from the date you have received your order. A model for the necessary withdrawal form you can download here: Withdrawal Form.
If you notify us of your intention to withdraw from the purchase contract later than 14 days, we are under no obligation to accept your withdrawal request, nor issue any refunds.
If your request to withdraw from the purchase contract is made within 14 days from the date you have received the item(s), you have to ship the goods back to us within 7 days. Upon receipt, we will inspect the returned item(s) and if their value hasn’t been diminished by use, wear or improper handling, we will refund you the entire invoiced sum, including the initial shipping costs. The costs for return shipping remain your responsibility. If the item(s) have been devalued by use, wear or improper handling, we reserve the right to deduct from your refund the diminished value of the goods. Therefore, you will receive a partial refund.
Items must be returned in new and unworn condition. Any returned items that show signs of wear, are damaged or soiled, have their tags removed and are not in a condition to be re-sold will be rejected.
REQUEST FOR RETURN. Prior to making a return, you must inform us in writing of your intention to return the item or items purchased from us within 14 days after you have received the order. Returns which we have not been informed of and which have not been approved by us, may be rejected and returned to sender.
You may submit your request for return by emailing us at email@example.com or using the form in the Request for Return page.
Requests for returns will be processed within 48 hours after submission and you will receive an email notification from us with detailed instructions on how to return your order.
Returns from countries outside the EU must be accompanied by the necessary customs documentation. We will provide this documentation for you upon acceptance of your request for return. Returns which are not accompanied by proper documentation, may not be cleared by Austrian Customs Authority and will therefore be refused/returned to you.
TIMEFRAME. Your return must reach our warehouse within 30 days after receipt of the goods. Returns which arrive outside this timeframe may be accepted at our discretion and may be refunded only as a store credit, if the items are in new and unworn condition.
SHIPPING OF RETURNS. Returns must be shipped from the same country to which they have been initially delivered by us.

The products we have delivered to you are entirely your responsibility. Therefore, we recommend that you use a safe and trackable shipping service for returning goods to us. Insure the contents of the parcel at their actual value and keep proof of shipping if you wish to claim compensation from the shipper in case the items get lost or are damaged in transit.
We make considerable efforts to ensure that the products we deliver to you are free of flaws or manufacturing defects. However, if you consider that you have received a faulty item, please contact us at the earliest opportunity and return the faulty item to us as described in the Returns section of these Terms.
Upon receipt, we will examine it and if we find that it is indeed faulty or not as described, we will offer to repair or replace it or we will offer you a refund. The refund may include the price of the product and the applicable delivery charges.
REFUNDS FOR ITEMS
A refund can be initiated only after we have received and inspected the returned item(s). If your return is in perfect condition, we will initiate a refund through the same payment method you have used when placing your order, within 7 days. The refund will cover the full price of the item(s) that has been initially invoiced to you.
REFUNDS FOR SHIPPING COSTS
Initial shipping costs for delivery as well as for returning the item(s) to us will not be refunded.
In addition, if you are located in a non-EU country, we do not refund any import duties or customs charges levied by your country’s local authorities when you imported our products. If you have paid import duties on your order and wish to claim a refund on these, please contact your local Customs Office.
RETURNS OF FAULTY ITEM(S): If your claim is accepted, we will refund the initial shipping costs and the shipping costs incurred to you when you return a faulty item. If your order included other products, which you don't return, we will not refund you the shipping cost for the returned item.
Please keep a proof of dispatch / receipt for your return shipment and provide a copy to us via email.
If you have purchased a pair of gloves and it doesn’t fit you, you may request a size exchange. If the size you need as a replacement is available and we approve your request, you must first return to us the item you wish to exchange as described in the Returns section of these Terms. Upon receipt and acceptance of your return, we will ship the exchange item on our costs.
